Age for Class I is 5+ years and correspondingly for higher classes (as on 1st April of the year in which admission is sought).

Date and Time of Entrance Test for admission to class I and above will be intimated to parents at the time of submission of the registration form.

Entrance Test will be on essential subjects: English Grammar, Hindi Grammar, and Mathematics for classes II to V. Students seeking admission in classes VI to IX shall have to appear for Entrance Test in English, Mathematics, Science and Hindi. Only students who qualify in the Entrance Test will be admitted.

The presence of parents at the introduction is an important factor.

List of admitted candidates will be displayed on the School’s Notice Board.

Only those students who, in the opinion of the Principal, are able to follow lesion in English will be granted admission.

Parents/Guardians should fill in the admission form and deposit the fee on the stipulated date failing which his admission will automatically be cancelled.

Application for registration should be made on the prescribed form the attached enclosing the following documents:

Birth Registration Certificate from the Municipal Corporation for class I.

True copy of the latest Progress Report, if applicable.

One passport size photograph of the students has to be fixed in due space on the registration form.

For admission to class X, copy of registration certificate of class IX is required.
Admission to classes XI and XII will require the following documents:

Attested copy of Sec. School Exam. Mark sheet (Board).

Original Transfer Certificate counter singed by Dist. Education Officer or R.O., C.B.S.E.

XI class mark sheet (for admission to class XII).

Attested copy of Sec. School (Board) Pass Certificate.

Migration Certificate (original) for schools affiliated to other than CBSE.

For admission to classes X and XII, proof of transfer of parents or shifting of residence is required as per norms of the CBSE. Approval from CBSE is also applicable for confirmation of admission into these classes.

No form shall be accepted without the above documents for registration for admission to any class and incomplete forms will automatically be rejected from the admission process.

Students seeking admission to classes I. must enclose the documents printed at the end of the Registration Form.

Principal's office hours, School office hours for fee and school timings are mentioned in the school calendar.
After admission, every parent/guardian/student is liable to follow the rules and regulations in the student's diary and any modifications thereof from time to time.

The number of seats in each class is very limited. Admission to students in other classes will be given subject to availability of seats.
Admissions to Class IX (boarders only) will be on the basis of an Entrance test in English, Science and Mathematics
A girl once admitted as a Boarder is expected to continue as a boarder until the end of her schooling.
Admission to Class XI
Admissions to class XI will be conducted in the month of June after the declaration of the CBSE SA2 results. Admission will be on the basis of the results of class X as well as a personal interview.
At the time of admission, the following documents are to be submitted to the School Office.

Original Transfer Certificate. (Where applicable)

The Photo Copy of Birth Certificate.

Medical Certificate (in prescribed form)

Certificate of Caste (if applicable)

Mark sheet of previous class passed

Four Passport size photographs.
NOTE : THE PRINCIPAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADMIT OR REJECT ANY STUDENT.
Parents are required to give three months’ notice in writing of the intended withdrawal of a student. If such notice is not given full fees for 3 months will be charged.
Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all clearance formalities are completed including clearance of dues.
